Date: 05 September 2026 Time: 9:30 AM to 11 A.M 2 .Inauguration of Village Vulture Conservation Committee( VVCC) and Ethno-Veterinary Medicine Kit Distribution – Chokkanali, Mudumalai, Nilgiris Biosphere Reserve, Tamil Nadu, India Target audience- Livestock keepers Inaugurating the Village Vulture Conservation Committee (VVCC) at Chokkanali and distributing ethno-veterinary medicine kits to livestock keepers. The programme will highlight traditional livestock healthcare practices and the importance of avoiding veterinary medicines that are toxic to vultures. The visit will also encourage responsible veterinary medicine practices and support for vulture-safe zones. Date: 06 September 2026 Time: 9:30 AM 5.Vulture Information Board Installation – Kodanad View Point, Kotagiri, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, India Target audience- Tourists and the general public Installing a vulture information and awareness board at Kodanad View Point to educate visitors about different vulture species and NSAIDs.
