Join us in celebrating these amazing birds at our own International Vulture Awareness Day event. It will take place on Saturday, September 7th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Springbrook Nature Center in Itasca. This is a free, family friendly event. Drop by to learn from our volunteers what makes these birds special and meet our 2 resident turkey vultures.
