Description:
BirdLife South Africa will be at the Pretoria National Botanical Garden this International Vulture Awareness Day. We will be hosting a Vulture Scavenger Hunt where participants will have to collect seven special stickers, each representing one of the vulture species found in South Africa. Participants will have to solve fun clues at different stalls throughout the garden. At the Vulture Station, participants will test their skills with binoculars, bird guides, and vulture cut-outs hidden in the trees and answer exciting questions about their biology and what threats they face.
