Throughout September, the Vulture Conservation Foundation is exploring vultures through a One Health perspective, an approach that recognises the links between human, animal and environmental health. Follow VCF's Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn channels to discover how vultures connect these different areas, from removing carcasses and recycling nutrients to veterinary medicines, microorganisms and antimicrobial resistance. The campaign will also explore ongoing research, including the NECROBIOME project, and what science tells us about vultures, disease and healthy ecosystems.
